At life of mom with four, we take great pride in delivering freshly baked cookies of the highest quality. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure the best experience for our customers.
Returns
Given the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not accept returns. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be returned. We encourage you to double-check your order details before placing it to ensure all information is accurate.
Refunds
Refunds are only considered in exceptional situations, such as:
- Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged items, and we’ll promptly address the issue.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong order, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo of the incorrect items. We’ll review the situation and find the best way to make it right.
Delivery and Customer Responsibility
We strive to ensure your cookies arrive fresh and on time. However, please be aware of the following scenarios where we cannot offer a refund:
- Unavailable to Receive Delivery: If the delivery cannot be completed because no one is available at the provided address.
- Unresponsive to Contact: If our delivery personnel are unable to reach you due to unresponsiveness to calls or messages.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Address: If the order fails to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
In these cases, the responsibility for the failed delivery lies with the customer, and unfortunately,
we cannot provide a refund.
